**The park is open from 7 am to 9 pm.** The container was originally an ammo can, but is now a 1L Lock 'n' Lock. The terrain rating of 2 is for the short scramble to GZ. The rest of the park is 1 to 1.5.
This cache is hidden in Irwin Park, which used to be a popular campground. The land for the Humpback Valley Campground was bought by Joe Petker in 1971, who then began the development of a campground. Within the first year, Joe had built the upper dam, forming the upper lake. By 1975, the lower dam and lake had been completed. The campground operated with 122 campsites until 1991, when the campground closed and Joe sold the property. Some of the original 114 acres has now been developed into housing units, and the remainder has now become a Langford park. As you walk through the park, you will see the old campsites, as well as some old buildings and foundations.
