In 1797 Isaac Walton along with 2 pioneer brothers Benjamin and William (answer to clue) laid out the town of Pennsborough. It was later nicknamed “ Hardscrabble” and then finally changed to Muncy on January 19, 1827. This is the burial site of other pioneers whose names can no longer be read on the stones along with Isaac, Benjamin and William.
