Racing Carrs Traditional Cache
Slightly Tall Paul: After almost 8 years and more than 200 logged finders, it's time for this one to limp into the pits for the last time. I'll be collecting the geolitter shortly. Thank You to all cachers who visited (except possibly the one who nicked the camo bag!) [:D]

A cache placed on The Carrs, a public park in Market Warsop, Nottinghamshire. The park has open green spaces, including a football pitch, and a children's play area. The River Meden runs through the park and this section is a Local Nature Reserve with wildlife including it's own resident heron.
Parking is simple at the car park. There is also an interesting church to visit and a traditional mill on the opposite side of the A60 from the parking area.
The cache is a plastic screwtop jar that was originally in a drawstring camo bag (the camo bag has gone missing, maybe a cacher thought that it was a swap?!). It is hidden just off of a tarmac path at the northern edge of the park, away from the river. There is a shallow ditch to cross, therefore it is unsuitable for wheelchair users to attempt retrieval.
When placed, the cache contained a Big Ben GeoCoin, two new Travel Bugs of my own, a logbook, two pens, a few motor racing related swaps and a FTF badge for First-to-Find.
