Geocache Description:

Every pearl is unique and of extraordinary beauty, just as the beaches along the waterfront of Qualicum are. I have named this series of ten beach caches, "String of Pearls", because every cache site is truly an exceptional pearl and cachers should have the opportunity of visiting and enjoying them all. Enjoy this string of pearls.

Judges Row, one of the most exlusive pieces of real estate in Qualicum, was named for the number of judges and lawyers from Vancouver, who owned summer homes along this stretch of road. Million dollar and historic homes sit comfortably beside each other on manicured estates. This row of elegant homes, although of opulant beauty, cannot even compare to the wonder of the beach before them.

Qualicum waterfront roads are narrow, so there is a sign at the beginning of the waterfront section that states that only residents can park on the road. This should not be a problem for cachers, as the beach access down this road has lots of parking and turnaround space. The cache is at the public beach access.
