This is one of several caches being placed by members of JAGA to add some extra caching fun for the "JAGA Hits the Streets of Ebensburg" event.
Update, January 2011: Replaced the container on this while out for a walk at the reservoir yesterday. The new container does not stay closed especially well, so please close it well and let me know if it's not staying closed and getting wet.
