In Bald Mountain Open Space, a nice walk with beautiful views!
Fairy's Castle has been moved to a new location!
A short walk (about 10 minutes from the parking lot) on a well maintained trail with slight elevation change. The trail is a loop, so if you take the "high road", then the walk may be closer to 15 minutes!
This is a regular-sized tupperware container (6"x 6" x 2.5") filled with small toys.
We got the idea for the new cache name, Fairy's castle, from a young boy we met at the site with his father. The boy told us that a friend had told him that fairies lived in the pile of rocks at the site. It is a beautiful location, with fabulous back-range views, so maybe fairies do like it there!
