A film canister. suspended above all but the highest water levels in Spring.
Every time I stop at these lights on the way to work I think a cache should go here, so I finally made the time to place one. Boots will be almost always obligatory. If it is not frozen it will be very mucky. The cache only contains a log sheet and a FTF certificate. Enjoy!
The cache will be disabled when the water rises in Spring.
