Located in a small Land Trust park (with the permission of the Land Trust). This is a fairly easy find although you may have to do a little searching. There is off the street parking and the terrain is fairly level and clear. There is more than one Trust site in this general area so make sure you are at the right one.
This cache is a small box with a logbook, pencil, and the first to find can choose between a ceramic "Horsefish" and a hand tied "Horsefly" fishing fly made with horse hair. Take one and leave something in return. Take time to enjoy the beautiful marsh view; It is particularly nice at sunset. Thanks to the Beaufort Land Trust for preserving these beautiful sites for all of us.
