Should be a C&D if no muggles around or a Trolley Peter Herdic, Anne Weightman, or Carl Stotz. Bumped up the difficulty as several cachers have contacted me to do so, can be a C&D or just one of those "ARRGH " think out of the box ones.
The historic trolley of Williamsport ( there are actually 3 different Trolleys ) make this one of their stops. In season or for special occassions you can purchase a ticket nearby for a ride thru history. A journey thru time to catch a glimpse of the Victorian splendor of Millionare's Row , the Tree Scrupture of Chief Woapalanee or the Hiawatha Riverboat. The cache is extremely small bring a pen.
