You can't access this cache from I40. You have to take the Nebo/Lake James exit and go up a side-street that runs parallel with the interstate. You're looking for a bison tube that's just hanging around. I don't think you'll have too much difficulty with it, so I'll pretty much leave it at that. Please don't remove the top from it's host, and please replace exactly as found.
