Misu water gate is located in Fushimi port park. The Nearest station is Chushojima(Keihan line)
The lock gate was built to connect canal and Uji river differented water level.
The idea is similar in Panama Canal.
It was constructed in 1929 about 80 years ago
At that time, the port was thriving as a logistics hub in Kyoto and Osaka.
However, it is not using now.
Please enjoy walk in the park.
The cache container is nano size.

キャッシュは伏見港公園内にある三栖閘門の近くに設置してあります。
最寄の駅は京阪中書島駅です。
水門は１９２９年に水位差のある運河と宇治川を繋ぐために建設されました。
構造はパナマ運河に似ています。
いまでは役目を終えて周辺は公園として整備されています。
どうぞ公園内の散策を楽しんで下さい。
キャッシュコンテナはナノサイズです。
