This one is so easy that I almost didn’t place it. But it is such a perfect spot for a Geocache that I could not resist.Parking is on Republic Of Texas Blvd. At N 30° 14.590' W 097° 49.981'. The name of the cache says it all and no other clues should be needed. However you can always look at the encrypted section for a little hint.
