Follow the way of some American through Hanoi to solve this puzzle (and partly multi- and virtual one) cache and to find a magnetic micro container with some prize for the two FTFers.
Coordinates provided are NOT real. You need to solve the puzzle to know the place.
OK, once upon a time a quite an interesting American (let's call him JM, I'm sure you have seen him on the TV) appeared in Hanoi. It was on October 26. Your first point will be the exact place where he first stepped on Hanoi ground. It will be easy, because the place is marked with a concrete sign with an inscription on it. Remember the number of lines in the inscription, it will give you X in final coordinates.
Arriving in Hanoi JM liked the city very much. He settled here for five and a half years and visited Hanoi several times more after that. But ever since he got no chance to spend night again in that famous Hanoi hotel, where he stayed first. You need to visit the place and learn its initial name written on a black plaque over the front door. The sum of characters in it not counting the space will give you Y in final coordinates.
After that it'll be quite easy. The coordinates are:
N 21.02.(10*X)+12
E 105.49.496+(Y*3)
The path will end in (remember it!) object that is somehow linked to JM. It's free to visit but the territory around might be closed in the noon and in the evening.
Yes, for those who are short of time and full of laziness. You can solve the whole puzzle just by using the web (you can do without visiting the first two places). The sturdy/inquisitive cachers should be prepared to travel the whole distance between the three points which is about 6 kilometers (but what prevents you from using the taxi?).
