The second cache in our new series, Outer Limits. Cache is placed on route to the scenic communities of Portugal Cove - St.Philips, where their motto is "Where the Sun meets the Sea". We recommend that you drive a little bit past the cache, as there is a good spot to pull over on the right hand side as you approach St. Philips.
