Climbing the Ladder - Fish Style LB Letterbox Hybrid

This cache has been archived.

RickOnTheRange: After almost 10 years, and over 220 caching teams, this container has gone missing. Hand carved letterbox stamps can’t be replaced with a new container, so I will have to Archive this one.

Thanks to everyone who has come by over the years.
Happy Hunting.

How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Log book and pencil only, in a small camo loc'n'loc box. Sorry, no trade items. The LetterBox baggie within the box includes a hand carved stamp by RubberRabbit. Please DO NOT REMOVE STAMP!

Fish cannot swim upstream to spawn if a river is dammed. The fish ladder at the Mill Dam allows fish to reach their spawning beds upstream on the Sydenham River. This is Ontario's first fish ladder, built in the 1950's. It is a great place to see trout migrate up the river in the spring, and salmon migrate up in the fall.

The GeoCaching Log book is clearly identified so you can record your visit. The LetterBoxing items are in a separate baggie within the box. Please remember; the Stamp is NOT FOR TRADE !

FTF congratulations go to abbyj09 and daddy Puddlemaster.

And special congratulations to TheSmellyMonkeys who celebrated their 100th cache milestone Sept 20/11

Happy Hunting - Enjoy.
