Geocache Description:

Old Dawson station site

Number 4 of my series of old station sites along the Gippsland Railtrail. The area surrounding the old Dawson site is now a Flora and Fauna reserve which has some rare native grasses. At the time of placement, plenty of birdlife was here as well. There isn't much left of the station except for mounds of earth. The next stop along the way is Heyfield about 7ks away. The cache is a 200ml cliplock hidden in a fairly common way. Happy Hunting
