All property adjacent to the river is "PRIVATE PROPERTY". These caches can only be accessed legally from the river.

Jim aka Langly in the caching world, fell into the river accidentally 2 times. Not as embarrassing as Dr. Finkelstein who fell in a record 3 times over the weekend.
