Geocache Description:

This cache in is on open moorland. It only requires a short 5 minute, uphill walk to find the cache, from the nearest parking at 50 23.926, 003 53.340.

The caches and travel bugs in this series are placed to honour and remember my daughter Grace, who was killed aged 16, in August 2006.

She was a great climber and walker, was going to study medicine and aspired to expedition medicine. My very first geo cache find was at the World Peace Pagoda in Nepal, so.. Always travel peacefully with a kind heart. Travel safely and celebrate the life you have, however tough.
The Caches are all placed in locations related to Grace or our family. Grace regularly used to walk our family dog Fennel up to the top of the beacon and back until one day they were caught in a thunder and lightening storm, after which the dog refused point blank to go up there with her again.

This cache in is on the moorland near our home and a place where Grace regularly ventured. It only requires a short 5 minute, uphill walk to find the cache, from the nearest parking at 50 23.926, 003 53.340. However many walks are possible from the cache site. This is open moorland so please dress suitably and be safe and be prepared if this is not your usual territory as the weather can close in quickly even when you think you are close to the car.
The Cache initially contains: notebook pen, Buddhist prayer flag, red cross stick pin, rules for a Nepalese game, a poppy, 5 Nepalese rupee note and a travel bug- Grace- TB331YP (M1RBVD)
