The cache is located in front of the gates to the Seminole Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum on the Big Cypress Seminole Indian Reservation. This is my first cache and I have kept it simple. The Museum is a bit out of the way, but well worth the drive. -note- Museum hours have changed and is now closed on Monday's and Tuesday's, this does not effect the cache but if you were planning on a visit to the museum you may need to plan accordingly.
This cache was placed with the permission of the Seminole Tribe of Florida. This cache is placed in a publically accessible part of the Museum property and is accessible at all hours, I stress though that the Museum is located within the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s Big Cypress Reservation and is within a residential community, please consider near by residents while on the Reservation.
Make sure you closely scan the canal banks as you drive in, as there are usually gators hanging out! You should be careful however, as alligators are wild and dangerous. I do not recommend getting out of your car to take photos.
Good luck! The original contents of the cache are a couple coasters from one of the exhibits, some logo pencils, rubber bracelets and key chains, along with the log.
