Geocache Description:

This is a cache that begins in the Strathroy Cemetery and ends not to far away. It's my first multi so I am aiming for short but sweet. Obvious parking spots are available at both locations. No dogs in the cemetery.

The cache is not at the posted co-ordinates. What you will find there however is a very unique headstone. Out side of the Donelly's I have never seen a headstone with Murder on it. I came across this information at the Strathroy Library and thought it would make for a unique cache. Johnathan Robinson was discovered dead in his home on the second concession south of Egremont Road. After much deliberation the coroner's jury brought in a verdict of murder by some person or persons unknown. There was a reward for $500.00 posted but there is no record of the murdrer being solved. What is eerie is that the bright red inscription is still partialy visible after all this time when most of the rest has faded. To solve the cache you will need to get the age at which he died from the headstone and insert it to the cache co-ordinates. 42 56.xx1 and the last digit of the year of the murder 081 38.20x. The container is covered with tape.It is placed with a log book and some small trade items. There is a FTF prize $5.00 card for a cache container company you could use. Please be respectful of the Cemetery and it's surroundings. Any spoliers posted will be deleted. I hope the unique story makes the cache worthwhile.
