This is a quick roadside grab.
While travelling to Amherst Island on a maintenance run I thought that I would try and look up a cache I had placed here a year ago and had not been able to publish with the idea in mind for a multi. Today there it was, still secure and within its hiding place so I decided to make it a grab and go and call it after the blackbirds that were eating the grain seed along the road. It is indeed a rare kind of "calling" bird that you will discover when you un-nest it from its hiding place.
