Bunjil: Unfortunately, I cannot see any information that indicates that steps have been taken to resolve the issue/s associated with this placement. Therefore as advised previously, the cache is being de-listed (Archived) to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains what needs to happen with a Disable cache.

Caches that have been archived for lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. This is explained in the Help Center article here.

Geocache Description:

This is a must visit spot for families where Narrabeen lagoon meets the sea.

This is a favourite family afternoon venue for all ages, with our Geoteens regularly ‘jumping the pipe’ along with other local adrenaline-seeking Muggles.
Jumping is done from the second pier in from the south side, or from the pipe there where the paint has worn, where the water is deepest.

On the lagoon side there is calm water and sandy beaches for paddling, fishing and kayaking. A minute’s walk over the dunes takes you to the sea and surfing heaven. There are several local car parks and cafes too.

This spot has something for everyone so come ready for action or relax and bring a picnic and enjoy watching the locals back flip off the railings!

A quick cache but be stealthy – high muggle factor.
