Geocache Description:

The cache is in Whatcom County's Newest Park. A beautiful area not difficult to access.

When we went to Point Whitehorn Marine Park we knew it was the perfect place for our faraway cache. There is 54 acres of Forest Bluff and beach to enjoy and explore.
The spectacular views over the San Juan Islands as you descend the switchback path to the cobble beach are etched in our minds as a wonderful reminder of our holiday there with the Clear Pointers who live close by, and they will be the 'keepers of the cache' for us until we visit again.
Each visitor who logs a visit will refresh our memories until we return..We hope you enjoy this wonderful area as much as we did...Regards from the Mersea natives
