Flag_US This cache is dedicated to my favourite radio station called Danubius. Unfortunately we can only talk about it in past tence. In the next rows let me introduce this 23 years old radio.

Flag_US Ezt a csészét a kedvenc rádióm, a Danubius rádió emlékére helyeztem el. Sajnos már csak múlt idoben beszélhetünk róla. A következo sorokban szeretnék néhány szót szólni róluk.
Flag_US The radio was founded in 1986 and it was only available in the Lake Balaton Area. The radio was invented for German tourists, therefore in the beginning the programme was in German language. Soon, 1 year later it aired Hungarian programmes too. From 1989 only Hungarian programmes were being aired. As the time passed many interesting and enjoyable programmes were developed. By the time the radio aired programmes 24 hours a day and the morning-shows became beloved.

On 28th October 2009, Danubius Radio lost its rights on its frequency 103,3 MHz. Another company called Advenio Zrt. won the competiton for this frequency.

Danubius turned silent on 18th November 2009 at midnight. From this time a new radio, the so called Class FM is continuing the broadcast.



Flag_US A Danubius rádiót 1986-ban alapították és abban az idoben még csak a balatoni térségben volt fogható. A rádiót a német turisták számára alapították, ezért a kezdetekben német adást sugároztak. 1 évvel késobb már magyar nyelvu adás is volt, késobb 1989-tol már csak magyar nyelven sugároztak. Az ido múlásával egyre több remek musort készítettek, ami a rádiót sikeressé tette, nem utolsó sorban az ország megszerette. Bevezették a 24 órás rádiózást és a sokak által közkedvelt reggeli ébreszto show-kat.

2009. október 28-án a Danubius rádió elveszítette jogosultságát a 103,3 MHz frekvencián. A versenyt az Advenio Zrt. nyerte meg.

A Danubius rádió 2009. november 18-án éjfélkor némult el. Ettol az idotol kezdve a Class FM nevu rádió folytatja a sugárzást. A Danubius musorvezetoivel a késobbiekben több másik frekvencián újra találkozhatunk.
Flag_US The cache is hidden near the place of the Danubius Radio. There is also a shopping center in the surroundings, called Duna Plaza. It can be easily approched by the Metro Line 3. Please use your best stealth technique as a taxi station is located there. Thank you.

Attention Note: Logs only containing "TFTC" or "15:04" or stuff like those will be deleted without notice! Those will be deleted too, who didn't log the logbook! [valid from 13th April 2010!]

Flag_US A láda a Danubius székház elott lett elrejtve. A közelben található továbbá a Duna Plaza is. Megközelítheto a 3-as metróval. Kérlek, hogy legyetek nagyon figyelmesek, sok a járókelo és a taxis.

Attention Figyelem! A "15:04", "TFTC" és ehhez hasonló logokat figyelmeztetés nélkül törlöm, illetve azokat is akik nem írtak a logbookba! [2010. április 13-tól!]
