Geocache Description:

Hello,

it would make me wonder if you boys and girls have got an idea how it was in the fifties when we started geocaching in the math triangle.

GPS wasn't invented. Because of that, we used a pendular.

I remember the day when Johann Klipperbusch and me were on our direct way from the Lammersdorf-point to the Konzen-point to place the first cache. After parking our Isetta, we walked with absolutly constant speed on our whole way.

Passing the Lammersdorf-point, Klipperbusch started the pendular swinging exactly in the direction of Fringshaus.

After 1 hour, 6 minutes, and 51 seconds, we reached a point where the pendular swings in the Fringshaus-direction again.

There we hid the cache, and, believe it or not, it's still there.

Good luck
Elsbeth
