Loop 230 runs through Smithville connecting on both ends to Hwy 71. Seems like a reasonable way to tour the city by finding a few caches along Loop 230 or very close to it.
Cache is a large coffee can painted black. It is large enough for Travel Bugs and other trade items. There is not normally a lot of traffic on the road where the cache is located next to even though Smithville is the Heart of the Megalopolis
