An interesting area I found while looking for another nice cache location in Newburyport. I live nearby and did not realize these woods were here!
There are several ways to get to the cache, so I have not identified how to get there - I will leave that as part of the challange. No need to cross private property. There are trails and paths that will take you within 100 feet or so of the cache and then you will need to do a little bushwacking.
I went to the location a couple of days to take readings, but I found a lot of variations in the coordinates, so hopefully the posted coordinates will be good. The clue will help you zero in on it if needed.
The cache is a small lock & lock container with a few kid friendly trade items plus a scratch ticket for a FTF prize.
