Geocache Description:

A quick Park 'n' Grab.

State Senator J.W. Thomas passed a bill in 1923 that changed the means of capital punishment from hanging to electrocution, outlawed public executions, and required the state, rather than the county, to be responsible for carrying them out. The electric chair was put into operation one year later on February 9, 1924. Convicted of murder, a black man, Charles Reynolds from Red River County was the first person to be put to death by electrocution. On the same night, four others, Ewell Morris, George Washington, Mack Matthews and Melvin Johnson, were electrocuted. The Texas electric chair to which the name "Old Sparky" is applied was in use from 1924 to 1964.

You are looking for a camouflaged pill bottle containing a log sheet and small trade items leaving no room for a pen, so please bring you own. Stealth is required.
