Please stamp my book! The stamp and pad are inside the altoids tin.

There is a possibility you could encounter water going for this cache, if so, take the high path. Depending on your choice of paths to the cache determines the terrain rating, but even a 2 is not a difficult 2.
The house has been condemned so the residents have moved a short distance away to a decon which should keep everything nice and dry. WE LOVE LETTER BOXES!
