Geocache Description:


NEFGA will be hosting our Seventh Annual Caching for the Holidays event on December 12th at San Felasco Park in Gainesville.

Event starts at 11am and lunch will be served around noonish, if you can't make it for the event come for lunch at least. Everyone is more than welcome to come early to explore the park prior to the events!

Events will be consisting of:

If you will be attending please plan on bringing a side dish and/or baked goods.  No utensils/cups/or plates are needed. Please post what you plan on bringing so we have an idea as to what else might be needed. San Felasco Park is located just off 43rd in Gainesville and is right around the corner to the Devil's Millhopper Geological State Park.  It is a beautiful area complete with a play ground, picnic shelters and restrooms. 

San Felasco itself has many caches and trails to wander and explore. Some of you may remember this park from the Federation's Fiasco event that was held here back in February of 2007. Unfortunately, due to time restraints and Gainesville Park Department Policies, there may not be any new caches within the park for this event (trying to work this out), but there are some caches here that were not around at that time.
