One of the three most important things regarding real estate is location. I can't remember the other two, but when we moved here 3 years ago - the hive seemed the perfect place to settle down. Otters played in the ponds, Ducks waddled through the parking lot and Toads sang a chorus through the night. But we didn't scout the neighborhood when we moved in and found out later that we were next to a sewage treatment plant and a ball field with lights that could illuminate the dark side of the moon. It's been a good run, but it's time to move to greener pastures. Goodbye Honeycomb! It's been grape.
