This cache is easily accessible to most people. In fact, all you have to do is walk right up to it. The tricky part about this cache (the reason behind the difficulty rating of 2.5) is that the cache is in plain sight near one of the University of Kentucky's busiest intersections.
The cache itself is a micro, and it only contains a log. As always, please bring a writing instrument to sign the log. Doing this out in the open may prove to be difficult, find and sign to the best of your abilities. Just don't get spotted by anyone. During the day, students can be seen walking on all sidewalks near this area. As you shall soon discover, Rose Street is one of the few roads that cuts through the entire campus. This intersection is known to have cars backed up blocks at a time as well. You can park on either Maxwell St. or Rose St. so there shouldn't be any problems reaching this cache.
