The coordinates given are not for the cache… They point to the remains of an early hydroelectric dam. Most people believe that the crumbled remains of the dam are the result of decay over time… Others, however, know better! Some creature, some thing, took offence to the dam’s presence so close to its home and proceeded to take matters into its own hands. Even today, a mysterious presence can be felt as you wander though this area. Looking over your shoulder only seems natural, as you feel certain you heard something behind you only to turn and see nothing but trees. Perhaps it is a coincidence that there has been no housing built in this area, despite its proximity to town… Then again, maybe the developers have been frightened off by…

Be wary as you seek out this cache, the places a troll chooses to inhabit are seldom friendly to the likes of mere humans. If you choose to explore further, you do so at your own peril! Little is known about the troll, though it is thought that the troll’s intelligence is greater than what his appearance would lead you to expect. A clue to the location of the Troll’s cache was found carved in stone among the tumbled down remains of the dam and looks like this:
