located along a country road in a ditch. there is parking provided in a driveway for a field. please use it. there is NO need to go into the field. And watch out for 4 wheelers as they like to ride by here.
PLEASE NOTE: The cache has been moved about 20 feet North. So look North of the driveway for the marker.
In 1955, my house burnt down on Thanksgivng Day, my family of 8 moved into the one room school house which was called the Irons School House, It was located about 20 yards east of this marker. We modified the school house into a home. We lived in the school house for 10 years.
The cache contains a FTF dollar, fishing lures, matchbox car, log book. Bring your own pencil/pen.
