A public cemetery adjacent to a church on the Northwest side of Indianapolis
This is Williams Creek cemetery, Washington Township, in Marion County Indiana. The cemetery shares a parking lot with a church, so, please, no caching when services are going on.
The Dulcimer Guy was unable to find a lot of information about this cemetery, but there are some notable graves here, including 2nd Lt. Gordon L Amos, who flew with the 716th bomb squadron from Africa over the Alps to Regensberg, Germany, where his B-17 was shot down and he and all hands on board were lost.
Also buried here is Harry R. O'Haver, who served in the 119th Field Artillery during WW I. There is also a Spanish American veteran buried here, Lawrence Welch, who served with Company H of the 1st Kentucky Infantry.
The cemetery shares a parking lot with a church, so, please, no caching when services are going on. And, with all cemeteries, no caching after dark!
The cache itself is a full sized ammo can with a good variety of swag, It's not hidden on any gravesite. There is a pretty steep drop off at the Northeast corner of the cemetery, please exercise caution, and please keep a watchful eye on any little ones you may have with you.
It may appear that the coords lead you to the roadside, but the cache is not accessible from the road - it is within the boundaries of the cemetery.
