Geocache Description:


While trying to come up with a name for this cache I decided to find out more about how dry cleaning works. To my surprise I learned a lot while reading the info on the following site:

I named this cache "Perc" because dry cleaning is done using a solvent called perchlorethylene (perc). Back in the day they actually used gasoline and kerosene -- to clean clothes and fabrics. WOW! Stay away from an open flame!

Hope you have fun picking up this quick park-n-grab; and maybe learn something new about an invention that has been around since WW II ended.
