b'fly & kayak guy: Wow! The palmettos where the turtle used to hide are GONE! Almost all the plants in the park are gone; not sure what they're doing there, but the turtle needs to find a new home. Not sure how long that will take, but we'll find a place for him. Hopefully we'll find a new turtle by then, too.

Geocache Description:


This is for my son, who once suggested some crazy idea of putting a cache on a turtle so it would be a moving cache. It has since become sort of an inside joke. Although this cache isn’t quite what he envisioned, it does move.

So here you go, Jonathan, your very own moving turtle cache!

Muggle activity can be high at times, so please use stealth.
Take care not to leave a geo-trail in the palmettos, and PLEASE cover the cache with local camo after you put it back.
There is room for small tradeables.
