(Notes by Newa) The cache is now a small container under a rock in front of the outcropping. It kept getting muggled in the original location, just a few feet away. You can drive to GZ from the South on Peter Burns road from Lake Cavenaugh road. Start here:
N 48° 19.610' W 122° 8.996' or come in from the north. Peter Burns road is on DNR land and in the ORV park. You have to display a discover pass in the park.

Peter Burns road is a gravel road shared with off road vehicles, but usually in good shape up to the cache site driving in from the South. It gets rough a quarter of a mile North of the cache. (November 2015 - the road is in pretty good shape all the way).
(Kat's notes) The cache is along the mountain bike trails in the Walker Valley ORV area. We placed the cache on a stormy, muddy, wet day. The location is along a forest service road, but we found lots of single track on the way. The area is fairly open with a view to the right, and rocks on the left (as you ride uphill).
