Hidden River 2-TB Hotel Traditional Cache
EdnKay: Due to the heavy growth of sticker bushes in the summer we were unable to find our own cache. We will archive this cache and if we find the cache box again we will set it up again if no one else wants to hide a cache in this spot.

I guess this cache represents a change in philosophy when placing caches. I had envisioned an evil hide here and got the rock and the epoxy and was prepared to enable it, My partner said NO - and when I looked into her eyes I agreed. There is never a crowd around when men say these words - "Your right." I can remember taking the kids out for their first time geocaching adventure in Massanutten Virginia around Easter. By the 5th cache, they were becoming seasoned geocachers. Pulling up to the last cache - they were already pointing and saying - "Its gotta be under there". They had the cache before I was out of the car. Inside that cache were many kid friendly things. They each took a paper airplane. I can remember thinking later that that single cache brought them so much pleasure. I know when I wrote it up - a smile had to come to the owners face. I want folks to find our cache, there are not many kid friendly things in there yet - but we will add things as we go, I think we need to remember to sometimes place the big caches too. A nano glued to a rock and placed among thousands of other rocks is no match for a cache that brings fun memories.
