At the published co-ordinates you will find a mural painted by members of the community. You will need to examine this mural to determine the location of the cache.
Count the number of painted "I"'s that you see. This number equals A.
Count the number of people visable. This number equals B.
C=((A*63)+(B*4))/(B*500)
Subtract C from the north minutes and add them to the west minutes of the following waypoint to get the co-ordinates of the cache.
