A Buggy Hide! Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

scouter987: Sadly, it's time to archive this cache. Was a fun one .... for those who never found it, it was a micro-sized cached container stuffed inside a fake rubber 'bug' ... which was then placed in a crack on the stump remnants of an old tree, about 4 feet off the ground. I've had to replace the bug a few times in the past, but Its been muggled 4 times recently .... I put temp container in place, and went back to find the container open and on the ground .... another container, and within 24 hours it was gone .... a 3rd with a rubber bug, and within 8 hours it too was gone, with the lid of the container sitting on another stump. So I'm going to archive ... if someone else wants to try another spot in this little wooded area, it's available now! Thanks to all those who visited, and a special shout out to those who fed back when there were cache issues that needed to be addressed, and to those who helped with cache maintenance over the years.

Geocache Description:

Cache originally placed by Paprika819. Found this small woodlot while walking with Phoenix and Oscar her dogs. Hoping they do not plan any development here. It is next to a play area for children.

It is a bison tube hiding away with something else. Take your own writing instrument to log. Please return as found so is not visible for muggles to find. Be sure to snap tight the top of the tube .
