Geocache Description:

A downtown P&G best done at night or on a weekend.

I pass by this place almost daily. I put this here so visitors to our city could cache while staying in downtown hotels and locals could visit their family and friend who may not be feeling too well. The cache find is really a 1.0 difficulty but the muggle factor is very high during normal drive times and high during the daytime due to the open visibility when retrieving the cache. Therefore, I am assigning a 2.0 to allow for the muggle factor for difficulty. For the easiest find, I recommend you try this at night or on weekends. Even then, be advised there could be police cars passing this location at any time. There is also very inexpensive parking very close by.
The coordinates may bounce due to buildings, overhead power lines and other large metal objects.
