Ageo Maruyama Park is opened in 1978. The park is 14.9ha large. There are 260 cherry trees in this park and cherry blossoms are so beautiful in spring. Ageo Iris Festival will be held around from May to June.
There is a free parking for visitors. The open time of the parking is from 6:00 to 20:00. And there are bus services form JR Ageo station to the park.
· Take a Tobu bus for "Maruyama Park" from JR Ageo Station West Exit No. 6 bus station, get off at the end of the line.
· Take a city bus "Gurutto-kun" for hirakata-zyunkan from JR Ageo Station West Exit, get off at "Maruyama Koen Minamiguchi" bus stop or "Shizen gakusyu-kan iriguchi" bus stop.
In addition, the park has a small animal corner, you can watch raccoons, ring-tailed lemur and meerkats.

上尾丸山公園#1
上尾丸山公園は、1978年に開園した公園です。広さは、14.9haあります。春には、260本ある、桜が美しく、5月〜6月頃にはあげお花しょうぶ祭りが開催されます。
車の方は、無料駐車場を使用してください。駐車場は、6:00〜20:00まで、開いています。公共交通を利用の方は、上尾駅からバスが出ていますので、それを利用してください。
・ JR上尾駅西口6番乗り場から、東武バス「円山公園」行き、終点で下車
・ JR上尾駅西口から、市内循環バス「ぐるっとくん」平方循環で「丸山公園南口」または「自然学習館入口」で下車。
また、園内には、小動物コーナーがあり、ワオキツネザル・アライグマ・ミーアキャット等を見る事が出来ます。
