La chiesa di Merlengo dedicata a San Bartolomeo venne innalzata lo scorso secolo, mentre il campanile barocco risale al 1734.
All’interno l’occhio scivolerà subito sulla Pala di Sant’Osvaldo, dipinta da Giovan Domenico Tiepolo, figlio di Giovanni Battista e sulle due teste marmoree di Gesù e di Maria attribuite a Giuseppe Bernardi detto "il Torretti", maestro di Canova.
Sul primo altare a sinistra sarà invece possibile ammirare la Madonna del Carmine, firmata dal fiammingo Pietro Mera (1634), mentre sul lato destro dell’arco trionfale un lunotto con la Sacra Famiglia, forse di J. Marieschi (1550).
La difficoltà della cache non sta tanto nel trovarla, ma nel prenderla.
State attenti ai molti muggles nei paraggi e al riposizionamento della stessa.
Portatevi una penna per il logbook.

The church dedicated to St. Bartholomew Merlengo was raised last century, while the Baroque bell tower dates back to 1734.
Inside the eye on the slide immediately Sant'Osvaldo Altarpiece, painted by Giovanni Domenico Tiepolo, son of John the Baptist and the two marble heads of Jesus and Mary attributed to Joseph Bernardi said "Torretti the" maestro of Canova.
On the first altar on the left will be possible to admire the Madonna del Carmine, signed by the Flemish Pietro Mera (1634), while on the right side of the triumphal arch a rear window with the Holy Family, perhaps Marieschi J. (1550).
The difficulty of the cache is not so much to find it, but in taking it.
Beware many muggles around and repositioning thereof.
Don't forget to bring a pen wih you to sign the logbook.
