Geocache Description:

Continuing the cipher theme I encountered with UKW:B (GC1YWYQ) & then my own Enigma at Pacific Pines (GC214W4) this is the next slightly easier challenge - Vigenère .... The first cache was muggled so it has been moved a few metres up with the new info updated in the code below. Not wheelchair accessible to actual cache spot but I can’t uncheck the attribute in the cache description!
