EagleScout1968: It was reported that the plastic lamp skirts had been removed from the lamp post and that the cache container was not there.
I visited the geocaching site this afternoon after work. The two parts of the plastic skirts, on the lamp post, had been removed and they were thrown aside. I put them back where they were supposed to be.
The cache container was indeed gone.
I think it is time for this cache to be archived. I am going to archive this cache and place one or two more.
