The coordinates listed will bring you the flag pole in front of a public building in the town of Washington. You can drive right to location and it is wheelchair accessible. The building has been remodeled and now the entrance (1-7-13) is on the west side. You can pull right up to entrance and park there as well.
You will have to use your geo-sense to find the cache. You need to note the hours of operation below. You are not looking for a typical container. The cache holds only a log - no trades. I am hoping to introduce you to the facility and to the container. You may want one of these container for yourself. Use your logic. Remember what you learned in school. Ask an employee is you are puzzled. It's in plain site.
