Located near the street in front of a major department store.
The cache is a nano cache placed in front of a major department store. Originally the cache was going to be called "Cold Hard Cache" but I couldn't find a hard place to put the cache. There is no need to visit any shrubbery or any of the other piece of landscaping, however, stealth is a must. The title for the cache will make sense when you find out where it is. Please BYOP.
