Near the entrance of the Sewaritei, there is a stone monument of poets Kikaku(1961-1707) and Kakei(1684-1716)
Both Kikaku and Kakei were students of the famous Japanese poet Matsuo Basho( 1644-1694). The stone monument is engraved with their poems ---- Kikaku described a full moon seen over the Otokoyama mountain and Kakei described cherry blossoms.
A cache is hidden right near the monument. Be stealthy please.
