Pill container cache located on the historical home site of Tunis D. Hummer.
Tunis D. Hummer and his wife, Francina, erected thier home on this site in 1836. They were one of the first settlers in this area. If it were not for the large rock and plaque you would never know a home was here.
Tunis and most of his family are buried in Seymour Lake Cemetery at the SE corner of Seymour Lake and Sashabaw Roads. N 42° 48.477' ~ W 83° 22.268
